Unable to upload files to the forums

Whenever I try to attach a file (PDF, JPEG, etc.) to a post, after I choose the file it goes into "Uploading" and never stops.

What am I missing or doing wrong?

I'd attach a screenshot, but...

Here's what it looks like after I choose the file to upload:

    Do you have an offer banner across the top of the window? I'm not sure there are any running currently, but someone did say that having one blocked them from uploading images.

    I find that I usually have problems in Chrome but not in Firefox. Not sure why Chrome is uncooperative, but I've never had problems using Firefox.

    I've had this happen on occasion - never figured out the cause (it wasn't banner time) - but exiting and trying again usually worked.

    Looks like it is Chrome. Switched to Firefox and looks to be working.better.

    Uploading 3 pics of a project I am working on in Scultris as a test.
