Missing content in smart contant and other things in content library

Hello all together,

I hope that you can help after i read a lot and couldn't find the solution to my problem. 

I bought a new pc (with more performance) and installed Daz3D on C. Everything else should be installed on D in the folder "Daz3D Library".

First tests look good, so I installed everything with the DAZ install manager. Now I have a lot of content in "Smart content" and less in "Content Library". I'm surprised that I found e.g. all figures in smart Content but only 2 in the Content Library. At the Content Directory manager all paths leads to the content on D except CMS Cluster Directory. Where is my mistake? What can I do?

    The other figures will be under People in the Content Library - that's where the Daz humans and their content install. category based views and file based views can be very different.
