  I think he means that his animals in the store have been updated with Catalyzer furs and are now included, but you have to buy them first, or if you already have them, download the latest.

  No, it is only for his animals sold in the Daz store. You can download free updates via DIM or Daz Connect for his products that you purchased in the Daz Store.
