Someone knows how can I use the Spot Render tool on an animal which uses a LAMH 2 Iray Catalyzer preset?

I don't think that's possible. Catalyzer has it's own render pipeline that doesn't include the viewport (as I understand it; it has it's own Render button, anyway, and that's the only way to do it). If you are trying to see what the figure will look like without having to render a whole scene, you could load it into a new blank scene to try it out by itself first.
