Finally a New Ship from Kibarreto

Yep she looks mighty fine.  The only thing missing is a cockpit.  Great exterior shots and a nice cargo bay.

Now if we cna only convince Kibarreto to update the materials on his Vanguard, Shuttlestar, and Pocketstar models to Iray, would be an instabuy for me.

    I love all the Kibarreto models I own, and was very happy to find they/she/he made a new one. Insta buy for me there. And in regards to the older models, they look just fine rendered out in iray, even without the specific textures.

    I too was kinda bumbed there was no cockpit, but it's a beautiful model none-the-less.

    I was worried there was no other interior modeled with it, but I dropped it in my wishlist anyway

    I was hoping for a good replacement for the hero ship from over at the other site

    I have Vanguard which has a very large cockpit. I wonder if it fits into this product. I think it is a nice product and I like the large cargo bay which was kind of what I was hoping for with Vanguard which works okay if you remove the visiblity of all the stations in that hold. But I want to wait awhile before deciding if I will buy this one or not. I hope he comes out with some kind of long distance shuttle with crew quarters, facilities, a small but practical cockpit, and a nice cargo bay.

    Excellent, looking forward ot it.  Also have you thought about making Iray add on texture packs for some of your earlier ships to sell?

    Well with this new ship and vendor sale, I now own EVERYTHING you sell! 

    Your sci-fi style is my favorite here at DAZ. Some of these items will hopefully make it to my next project. Some are already published in various desktop RPG games and supplements!

    Sorry, I have no plans to add Iray materials to my old ships. Although, I think they look ok in IRAY.

    Sorry, I have no plans to add Iray materials to my old chips. Although, I think they look ok in IRAY.

    I've had great luck just slapping the general iray ubershader onto them, I'm sure with even the tiniest but of effort on the user's part they'll look even better.

    I was hoping there was a cockpit coming for this, the Starjet just feels incomplete wihout it.  Definately on the insta-buy list!  I've got most of kibarreto's stuf, it looks great no matter how I render it.

    Got this immediately upon release.  The shuttlestar has always been my favourate ship but I think the Starjet may take its place.  Definately making a grab for that cockpit when its released :).

    The shuttlestar can be converted to to IRAY with some effort.  I've converted all the displays to emissives. the glass, the lights, engine glow, etc.  It looks wonderful.  Once you convert it, save the material set and you can do it everytime with no effort (only the 1st time).  I have the Skyjet too and I love it.

    I would love to seee a new starfighter along the lines of the Pocketstar.  Something that looks like a fighter version of the shuttlestar and skyjet (wings and fins).  I like your style @kibart.

    I literally had no objective in mind when starting this, but to render the new StarJet.  I was scrolling through my content libraries and added some of this, some of that, and this is very much a work in progress - needs some sort of human element. Working on it, but am very pleased with this model!  Click to see full size 3440x1440!

    Actually, they look more like the original Michael (aka Michael 1).
