When trying to download the templates for Legacy UVs for Genesis 8: Michael 4, I get a "Sorry, you have been blocked" message.

Do you have a screenshot of the error?

  • Here it is.

Where are you trying to download them from?

...and why do you need templates for a Legacy UV set? Can't you just use the M4 templates or is there something unique about them that requires different templates?

That's a cloudflare block, which means there is some sort of rule in Daz3d's cloudflare config that's preventing you from accessing it. Likely it's an old asset that they've stopped hosting or something like that

    From my product library.

I dont' know if there is something special, since I can't download them.

Can we have a screenshot of theproduct library page,  as we are confused as to exactly what it is that you are trying to download.

Here is the download section for the product. The error happens when I click the download button for the templates.

OK at this point I am going to say  that I suggest you file a support ticket here  https://helpdaz.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/requests/new    because I can see no reason why you can't download the templates and it does say on the store page that they are in your product library.   Try once again to download them using the manual download button, and if it still will not work then file a ticket.

Edited to add,  attach the 2 screenshots to your ticket.

I got blocked by CloudFlare trying to make a particular forum post. Filed a ticket, which they ended up “solving” by “referring it to our web team.” Translation - “we don’t have any idea, we can’t fix it, but we’re going to mark the ticket as solved so it’s off our queue.” I never did get an explanation as to what CloudFlare found objectionable about that particular post. (It was presumably content related, since the draft got blocked on two different devices.) Tried rewording several times and then just gave up.

  • The only other time I got that message was when trying to paste an error message. I can understand how something in the error message could be suspicious.

Here, I'm not trying to post anything.

Happened to me about 2 weeks ago. Got a pop up message while typing a forum reply that I was blocked for a malicious post or key combination. I had just accidently hit the Windows key instead of the Ctrl key. Lasted all night but was gone the next morning without any action on my part. Not sure if I was really blocked or if it was a CloudFare error.

  • Anything that looks like HTML code will be blocked.

  • The problem vanished.

As someone said (I can never remember who say those things), there is no problem that a sufficiently long lack of action cannot solve.

Yep, I had the same problem trying to write a post a couple weeks ago.  Apperently it doesn't like brackets ( with commas inside

Anything that looks like HTML code will be blocked.

And anything looking like unix commands are blocked, and anything looking like SQL (I learned today) is blocked too
