Reality 4 - Missing Universal Presets?

Hi.

First of all, I just want to say how much I LOVE the Reality plugin.

I've been converting a room for use with Reality 4, and it has quite a bit of wood included in different parts of the room. Until now, I've only been using the basic material types glossy, cloth, metal, velvet, null, etc (the ones that appear when you right click the item in the Reality materials window).

So I had a look around the net to see if there were anymore materials or anyway to add more materials, and I found a page on Pret-a-3D's site which was a tutorial about Universal Presets. Especially a latex shader.

I had a look at the Universal Shader presets on my computer and it's "missing" presets for Ceramic, Liquid, Plastic, Skin, Wood.

Does anyone else have this, or have I messed up the installation?

Oh and what is the "Null" Preset for?

Thanks for any help ^^

When you first open the Reality window, select the material (right click) that you wish to apply a preset to, and a popup window will appear. Scroll down past the standard presets to "Select a Unversal Preset" and click on that. You should get a new popup that lists material categories, which should include the categories that you believe are missing. Clicking on the desired category should reveal one or more presets to choose from. If you are doing what I described and are not seeing those categories under Universal Presets within Reality, let us know and we can proceed from there.

If I can't get any help here, those forums will be where I head to next.

That's exactly what I've been doing.

I've taken screenshots of the problem that I'm experiencing (which I've attached to this post), so hopefully, you'll get a better understanding of it.
