Looking for scene or wall with horizontal window

I’d like to do a scene where a character is washing a window similar to the window in this vintage picture while sitting on the sill. Are there any sets that can be recommended. Obviously the window must open in this manner to make the washing part work.  I don't care if the panes look like this, or if there are shutters. Just want the window to open horizontally.

..I believe some of Creative3D's "Create a Room series might work:

Here's the base set that has double hung windows.

There are also several add ons.

  • That or the pack 3 one (doesn't require the previous one, a bit more content) are what I would recommend for their flexibility in creating rooms:

....true there are more variations with #3 and they are both the same price . #1 was what I have in the wishlist which was easy to find.

Do the windows open in that? The pics are sorta small and I can’t see them that well.

Yes the sash style windows all have opening morphs, foe each individual window, ie the wall with three windows in has a morph to open the left, right and centre window separately.

    This one also:

But you have to do the outer wall yourself, like shifting the existing wall or window a bit

and add a decent outer wall texture....

Have you seen how they used to wash windows in the past? This is very mild in comparison. Some of those vintage pics are hair raising..

Maclean's old sets also have walls and windows There was an exterior set as well as all the interior ones.

  • I guess I'm the only one who looked at that and just thought they were on the first or, maybe, second floor? Looks very suburban to me.

I hadn't considered the exterior in my recommendation, did you find something you could use? Otherwise I can take a look at a few older products I have that have more of an exterior to check if the windows open.
