ISO interior designing kits or something like that

I saw an ad in one of my apps for another app that supposed to be an iinterior designing game or app. Not sure if it is free or not, but got me thinking. I already got Poser 11 Pro but what if I could do interior desinging in that or Carrara. What interior designing and room building kits are out there? What can help create a room and decorate it? I know there is the Dream Home but that is a predesigned house. I want to create my own house or apartment for my characters. I want to do something that this game/app does but on my computer.
I think Maclean has some every day props but what else is out there? Also what about some clutter? not all my characters have to be neat freaks. Some old newspapers and magazines? old cola cans? Gum wrappers? dirty clothes on the floor? Or how about clean clothes neatly folded on the bed (or not too neatly) Full garbage can (overflowing?) Mouse dropping???? (ewww, but then I would need the mouse) Low Rez roach??? or other low rez bugs?
Other ideas are electronics that the characters want to use? for the kitchen? LIving room? bathroom? bedroom? others?
Basically what can I do to make a 3D home for my characters?

For clutter, Sloshwerks has a giant props pack, IIRC. Maclean has a room creator set in addition to all his everyday props. And for rooms you can also use Stonemason's older castle creator set, with non-castle shader sets.
Collective3D's Create a Room series is very good. One of the add-on sets has the stuff like heat registers, switchplates, electrical outlets and what all.
I'll second Collective3D's products. They're great for average type North American homes, rather than mega luxury or older more ornate European styles. I'm just waiting for their Create-A-Room Expansion Pack 3 to drop off of "New" status to pick that one up (so I can use my PA coupon).
Besides Maclean's various clutter bundles, I also find that i13's interiors often come with quite a few props that are useful elsewhere. Or I've used various tubes and bottles of styling products from Sloshworks' Hair Salon interior as props in residential bathrooms. One was even pressed into service as a tube of tanning lotion sitting on a beach blanket. (Edit: they also come in that Mega Props Pack which Canary3d mentioned above)
A few clothing items come with "prop" morphs or versions. Something that can be dropped on the floor for your messy characters. :-) Note to PA's -- including that kind of morph with your product will increase the odds that I'll buy it.
Something I've found very useful for creating generic modern day office type spaces is V3Digitimes' Briefing Room. Strip out all the law enforcement oriented bits and you're left with a room in the style of the inexpensive office space that was thrown up in speculative building boom of the 70's. I've used it as the basis to kitbash everything from storage rooms or photocopy rooms to cube farms to individual offices. And of course meeting rooms. :-)
I just found this thread again, and was thinking about it. I think there was an open source software that creates 3D models of floor plans, does anyone remember its name?
Just use Hexagon it is free from DAZ. Draw/Import the floor plan and EXTRUDE the walls upward. Fill in the area over the tops of door and cut out for windows.
I still think Collective3Ds stuff is amazing. BTW the most recent dorm room that was in fast grab had a lot of "messy items" and stray things.

I was thinking of something free also.
I think that is it.
Yes that is indeed the software I was thinking about. Now to find time to learn how to use it.
