News Letters Stopped

Hey y'all,

Not sure if this is the right place to ask . But, for around 10 years I have been getting news letters from here (Daz 3D) about new products and such in my e-mail. They just stopped coming about a week or so ago. I'm wonderring what is up, have they been discontinued or what. I use Daz/Studio 3.1**, and Poser 6,7,8,10,and 12, Bryce 6.3, I'm not too good even after 10 years, but just enjoy the programs.

If anyone can tell me the answer, I'd be thankful

    Myself, I haven't been able to get DAZ newsletters in ~5 years. I think my email provider thinks they are spam and won't even deliver them. So I'm pretty sure they have not been discontinued.

    Actually I can't find the email subscription options on the site... Would like to check if I've still got it checked.

    Chohole's advice is to ask help from customer support.

    Why is that.   It's the basic link to Customer Service.  They are the only people that can help you on matters of this sort.  No one using the forums can help you,  only CS

    Simply type N/A  in the fields that are not needed for this request.  you can use either General Feedback  or even Sales Support for the relevant dept
