Payment problems at checkout?
Hi,
I've seen other threads like this dated a few years back, but I'm just wondering if anyone else has had this problem recently? (And, if so, what was the fix?)
Basically I can't purchase anything at the checkout; I've gone through all the standard procedures, clearing the cache, browsing history, cookies, using a different browser, clearing the cache and cookies on that, ect. but absolutely no luck. I keep getting the message "Payment option unavailable."
I've gone through an endless loop of deleting the payment method, adding a new one and still getting the same result too. It says at checkout there's an option to use paypal or amazon pay, but for the life of me I just can't see anywhere to enable or link that to my account. It's just an unclickable statement on the checkout page and non-existant everywhere else!
Honestly, I'm at my wit's end. I desperately need the poses I'm trying to buy and just have absolutely no clue what to do.
Any help would be much appreciated!

Theer should be a check-box for those payment methods. If you can, please open a Sales Support ticket (you may need to click the Sign-in link when you get there, that seems to be a common issue when going to ZenDesk from Daz).
AS Richard says you should see a screen like this To select the Payment methods click on the dot next to the method
Ah, I see what you mean--but for some reason those don't display like that when I get there? It's just literally two unclickable icons?
Have you entered the correct name and address and other details in the Address Book in your account?
I was logged in, made 2 new card entries, (mine had expired which I deleted), one a CC and the other a Debit Card and both times it declined payment. I had to go with the Paypal route. Not a happy bunny but got there in the end. Yes I entered the details correctly.
What browser are you using?
