dForce blow up

Everytime I try using dForce, whichever hair or outfit I try it with blows up. I don't know why or how to fix it. Any suggestions? All settings are default.

Are you starting from a memorised zero pose, or a zero pose at frame zero and using a Timeline simulation? Are you working with items made for dForce? In your screenshot it looks as if the figure, and therefore the clothes, are intersecting with the prop - that's always likely to cause trouble.
Memoized Zero Pose. The outfit is made for dForce. And yes, when the figure returns to the zero pose, she intersects with the prop. How do I fix that without adjusting the pose?
Does the cloth need to interact with the prop? If so, one option would be to use a Timeline simulation - apply the zero pose to the figure, move the prop out of the way so that it doesn't touch the cloth (it doesn't matter if it touches the figure itself), in the timelien pane drag the marker to the last frame, apply the desired pose to the figure, drag the prop back into position, and in the Simualtion Settings pane select the option to use the play range rather than a single frame. If the prop doesn't need to interact with the cloth you could just select it in Parameters turn off Visible to Simulation.
