Annoying Assistance Pane

How do I eliminate the annoying help pane that appears and takes up valuable space in the two work panes?

    It isn;tt aking up space. if you don't want the pane, close it; if you do want the pane then the help section will be repalced with the appropriate content once theer iss omething for it to show (e.g. asset icons once a container is selected).
