RiverSoft Art product missing?

I'm trying to find this product and I keep getting the 404 page.  I want it for the 'realistic' looking underwater scenes with that hazy/cloudy appearance that works for underwater. Don't care about the poses or other underwater stuff, just want the environment.  A few of Riversoft Art's other products reference the 'Aguaja Underwater Environment', but where is it?

    No, it's this one (see attached image)  and it's referred to in several 'mermaid' type products and some underwater poses.

    Maybe the name was changed at some point. I only ever remember one Aguja environment that's underwater. There are not that many underwater environments in the store, so the choice is limited. I doubt that there would ever be two with names that close. Anyway, it's an underwater environment for Iray. Is that not what you want?

    That's the one I clicked in Alascanus Merman Poses and Pose Control and in Aguja Mermaid and Alascanus Merman Couple Poses. When I did I got the result I posted above:

    I wonder if they meant to include https://www.daz3d.com/luminosity-black-iray-mesh-lighting-system-for-low-light-settings which does mention the the Aquia mermaid in Products used and might suit Sapat's needs...

    i had an item in my wishlist waiting for it to go on sale, then it suddenly appeared at $0.00 (FREE !) when i clicked the item it disappeared because i guess it was discontinued. thanks alot daz3d, at least give people a heads up so you can make some money before cancelling an item.

    ... that is generally just a system bug. My guess is it appears as free because there's more than one database involved, so when one can't find the item on the other, the price comes up as zero. The item will generally reappear later (although probably not free...)

    Then something strange is going on.  If the blurb says it's designed for the Aguja Underwater Environment, that's the one I want.  But then as a requirement is says it needs the undersea environment.  I'm confused.  If it's designed for the Underwater pack, why does it require the Undersea pack?   At the bottom of the page with the links, it says in the Additional Products used in Promo Images 'Aguja Underwater Enviironment'. That's what I clicked on originally that took me to the 404 page. Ugh... Plus the Undersea pack isn't on sale and $24.95 is way above my price point.

    I put in a ticket and told them what the deal is, and asked if they could contact the vendor and ask what happened to it.

    We'll see what happens.  Probably be another year before it's on sale again. crying

    Maybe they just updated the links, but the links that say "underwater" take you to the product named "undersea" now. The blurb even says it is the environment by Arki and Marshian. Is it possible the blurb and links were set up before the product was released and the name got changed before (or after) release?

     

    Looking at the documentation, even some of the folders/labels in the product look like they say "underwater" in places. It really looks like it's the same product, it's just either been called different things or accidentally mislabeled at some point.

    That's probably what happened. At any rate, no bueno on the price tag for sure!!  Will see if anything happens with the ticket, but I imagine perhaps the name did get changed.  Bummer if that's it.
