Error 503 Service Unavailable

I just checked my Store Credit (I think I have under a dollar) since I need to buy a gift card to get more, but it doesn't work. It says: Error 503 Service Unavailable. I use Paypal to buy gift cards to get store credit since I have been the victim of Credit card fraud multiple times (I don't know on what site it happend so I'm not accusing Daz 3D of course). I need to make some purchases since it's the last day for the Pc+ for a day sale, so I need this to work now. There's also the Gift Cards - 10% OFF sale that I wan't to use, this could be the last day for that too. I don't know if I can buy a gift card, what if I can't use it later?

I have tried to log out, close Chrome and log in again, refresh and hard refresh ( Ctrl + F5, right?)
I just tried to access Store Credit in Firefox (it was Chrome before) and now it works. But when I tried to log in first it said that loggin in wasn't safe, I was adviced to type in https:// before the adress and try again and now I didn't get any warning so I logged in. I'm afraid that this Firefox session still isn't safe to I don't know if I dare make any purshases. Please I would appreciate some advice in this, sorry to be impatient but I wan't to use the Pc + for a day last day sale and 10% off gift card sale
Edit: I just learned that a safe connection has a green lock icon and https:// typed before and the firefox site has that so I'm going to trust it, I hope I won't regret this
