Templates for products

I was just wondering how to get the templates for some of the products I've bought, some come with them but this one Snow Maiden Outfit didn't and I'd love to do some textures for it. I don't even know how I would even begin to get in touch with the vendor.
I would appreciate any help, thanks :)

If a product doesn't come with them, then you could make your own with a UV app or modeling app. Just export as an OBJ and then load it and save out the UV layout.
