Render Contests

Hello,

in the emails I receive from DAZ3D, I see hints about various render contests (weekly, monthly...) but I can't find any details about them on the web site (winners, renders, how to participate).
Any information / help is appreciated.

    The render contests are for Platinum Club members... it sounds like you're getting the PC newsletters, but it doesn't look like you are currently a member?

    I am a Platinum club member (but not Platinum Club Plus). Does that make a difference perhaps?

    Hmm, can you see the PC pricing in the store?

    And can you view the Members Only section of the forum?  That's where all the contest info is.

    If you can't see either, then please file a ticket with CS and they will be able to look into it for you. Look forward to seeing you in there!

    That's strange, I can see my PC+ membership in my profile page, but I always see the same forums, if I'm logged in or not. Not sure about the prices in the shop, I see many items being 30% off, but again it's regardless of my login state. So I should send a support request, as you suggested. Thanks again! The link you posted leads me to a "page not found" error.

  • That's my membership page (see below)

    As a test, I added a free PC+ item to the cart and went to Checkout. I would have to pay for that as well. I guess I will have to check all ~40 (multi-item) purchases since May. I am irritated why I see a link to convert my account to PLatinum Club when I already have an active subscription... I added this question to my support request. Let's keep fingers crossed.

     

  • I can't really comment any further - it's really down to CS to look into what might have happened.. but I'm confident it will get straightened out :)
