Anyone use Insta-Crowd Billboards?

I have this in my cart. How do you like it? Which is better?

Both are good.  The bottom one is intended more for people who want to add their own stuff to billboards, although it does have some nifty premades if I recall correctly.  the top one is more of a product that you just drop in and use.  Both are good, and both save a ton of memory when you need background stuff.

I love billboard products but they are hugely memory intensive... some are gigs and gigs.

Do you mean storage space intensive, or video memory during the render?  I've used a few billboard products and they have been pretty minimaly in Video Memory usage during the render, I was under the impression that was the whole idea behind them.  But for storage space, yeah, they can be a hog.

    Great choice.

I use them all the time for when i need people in a back ground fill in a animation:)

Light on resources for me, Easy to set up you can use a lot of them in a single scene

Though there are some bill board props that have huge storage issues .

I used them in this animation.

I used them in this one

I used bill boards in this animations as well  :)

Excellent sound design, camera work, and editing on those animations, Ivy!
