    Yes, it has been on a similar thread. HeadShop and OneClick are separate products. One cannot upgrade from the other. So, the answer is no.

    Therefore I don't understand why HeadShop 10 was taken off the market when OneClick came along? It was as though OneClick was HS10 replacement. The option to get HS10 was taken away for those who had HS9. A bit disappointing. So I got Oneclick & as with other users I could not get it to work & gave up on it! I have foolishly purchased every version (except 10 that disappeared) hoping always the next would work as it should without jumping through hoops but I think this is where the money train stop for this product. sad

    Eitherway, it is now perfectly clear that HS11 upgrade does not work for owners of Oneclick.

    I picked this up because of the sale... it's absolutely terrible. How do I return it?

    Whelp, I guess I wont be reviewing HS11 after all. I didn't catch the intro offer for only for one single day. Now its $70 and I am not paying that. I'm a bit agitaged the Loyalty Discount doesn't apply to it, either, that would have at least made up the difference.
