Question about an odd file in Disconsolation Fallen

I recently bought Disconsolation Fallen, and there's an unexplained file. It's called "jgreen.duf," and it's in the smart content Lost & Found. Anyone know what it is? I can't find any mention of it in any of the documentation.

    It’s spurious - so you can delete it.  I believe it’s been updated to remove it, so future downloads should be good.

    Hi just like to say the file is still in the zip. so not removed
