Caricatures software?

Hi all, I am looking for a way to turn a photo into a caricature - I don't mean a cartoon of a photo, I mean a software I can buy and download, that does the same thing those online places do. I want something that I can use for a variety of uses, but basically in caricature styles (ie like overdeveloped cartoons). Anyone know of anything?  Thanks! (Googling just turns up pages of online sites.) Also I don't want a phone app, I want a computer program, a real one, like DAZ is. Real. Not phone play-play. lol!

    Oh my gosh! Chohole, you are the Witch Queen of Graphics!  Thanks, I'll try that. And then I guess there's a way to cartoonize the result to get rid of the photo look?
