What hair is this?

I'm trying to track down the hair used in the Fancy Pool Party outfit promos -

    I'd looked at that hair during my searches but rejected it, as the textures didn't seem a close match. On closer inspection of its details though I think your right.  Many thanks!

    Don't use textures as a basis for dismissal. I would say that 75% of hair in promos use a hair texture addon like ColorWerks or UHT2.
