Learning Carrara 8.5 files

It came to my attention that I lost the first file for Learning Carrara 8.5 video that was available here but had downloads on another site.  I have used up my downloads for the first two parts.  I am not seeing any way to contact them to reset the downloads for that one file.  Am I out of luck?
