OT How to Download Videos From You Tube

So, I'm trying to figure out how to do this.  I've downloaded a couple of free apps but they keep getting stuck on 98%.  And there doesn't seem to be anyway to stop them from trying to load my entire playlist.  Which I really don't need (I have a rather larger music playlist.  I've tried Viddly and Free You Tube Downloader.

    You probably shouldn't since it's a breach of their terms of service

    Not for premium members. As of June 18/2018 Youtube allows downloads of Music, Video etc.
