  I would use Gails Morph and Olivia's Skin.

  Then I would borrow these Eyebrows https://www.daz3d.com/vyk-blythe-for-genesis-8-female

  by cloning them in photoshop, and placing them over Olivias eyebrows about 65% Opacity.

  Angel - Wings, thanks for the information. I tried cloning the eyebrows with two different characters to test it out, but there seems to be a kind of like engravement/bump like texture of the old eyebrows even when I render with the new eyebrows painted on the character face texture.

  You probably need to modify the bump/normal maps too, not just the skin texture.

  A matter of perspective; I find them very attractive, and some are a lot more realistic too, but generally I don't think either is more attractive.

  I agree that it's a matter of perspective which is more attractive but I do find it odd that the models which have visually identical heads have such a disparity in the look of most of the available characters. Genesis 3 is chock full of pin ups. Genesis 8 has a lot of characters who look more  like extras or character actresses rather than leading ladies. Fantasy beauties versus real life woman you might meet on the street.  Which you like more is a matter of taste but it's interesting to me that basically the same head has such a different character look between the two generations.  I am not sure why that is but there are so many threads on the disparity in look that it's clearly not just me who feels this way.
