Resolving Duplicate ID error

I get the attached error when I load one of my scenes (the problem is with the Victoria 5 Pony-tail I believe, or the main genesis file). Can someone help me remove this problem?

    That error would be for the startup scene -- go to Edit > Preferences > Startup and either uncheck the startup scene, or change it to Genesis.duf.
