No download files available for iRadiance - Light Probe

iRadiance - Light Probe (number 6 I think) is one of the new products today but there are no downloads available. I noticed no DIM file. Went to the invoice and only a download file was noted, not a DIM ready one. Went to my product page and there was nothing to download at all.
I love these probes.

yeah I was trying to find in the different smart menu sections thinking may have been sub grouped as something else couldn't find it anywhere so looked at my product list and saw too there was only the manual download which sucks I don't have good luck with installing manually I have the previous two versions too great sets I've submitted the ticket if they don't add the download install option for dim may have to ask for refund
The manual download is not available in the product library either. I always manually install, so I went there first, then came here to see if I was the only one.

Seems the installer has gone walkabout.. sadly all we can do is call it in, I’m not sure though if it will be fixed before Monday though. Apologies about that but will see what I can do.

Bummer......don't have a link either. Why keep customers waiting untill monday why weekends is playtime....ugh :S
Add me to the list of those who are moderately annoyed by this. Why was this not checked beforehand? Now we have all paid for a very useful product that we cant use and there is no rea lETA on when we will be given what we paid for. No, I wont die from this annoyance and the world is not gonna come crashing to an end but DAZ3D is usually MUCH better than this so I am kinda surprised at this
I said a few posts up, unless someone happens to look over the weekend, it will be Monday when it gets put up again.
And is was checked, actually by two of us - but still.. you can file a ticket for a refund, but that won’t be dealt with until Monday either.
All I can do is apologise and thank you for your patience while it gets sorted.
There is no way I am going to put in a ticket for a refund. As I said I am only moderately annoyed and feeling a bit let down by this. I'm sorry if I came off as actually angry enough to want a refund. Sometimes text based communication conveys things a bit more harshly than intended.
I really have been enjoying this years PC+ Sale - although my wallet has not- and I hope you will continue to bring wonderful products like these to us. Honestly part of my disappointment comes from the fact that I am having such fun with the other light probe products. I was super excited to see another expansion and it was immediately in my basket.

Thank you for looking into it Jack Tomalin, I have filed a ticket reg. this as I bought it earlier today and could not find a download file.
Oops.... Didn't see this thread until after filling out a support ticket. All good as it's taking forever to download those "Just Bits" shaders and the "Hand Knits" shaders I picked up today as those download packages are extremely large.
Agreed.
Its super cheap, very likely a great product and I don't absolutely need it righ this second. It's paid for, I know I'll get it so why get my panties in a bunch?
