Need dwarf clothes

Just getting back into 3d art after several years away.  First I must say I am impressed with Genesis 8.  Also now using DAZ Studio instead of Poser. 

 

I am looking for an outfit for dwarves.  I would like a clasic dwarf adventurer outfit.  I need 3 different looks.  Does anyone have any suggestions.  I am using Genesis 8 male.  Thanks for the help.

    Can you post a few images of the look(s) you are going for?  We have a lot of kit-bashing geniuses in the forums that can probably suggest a number of outfits if they have a better idea of what you are looking for. :)

    Can you post a few images of the look(s) you are going for?  We have a lot of kit-bashing geniuses in the forums that can probably suggest a number of outfits if they have a better idea of what you are looking for. :)

    Agreed. Would love to help, but I have no idea what a "clasic dwarf adventurer outfit" would look like other than a medieval, warrior type of outfit and there are so many in the store.

    Any LOTR dwarf are "clasic" in my oppinion.  Here are a few pictures.

    I can see them in my mind, but it appears the vendor is no longer here at DAZ ... for v4/m4 i think

    Gen3. By JMalis. They were exceptionally well done for the time. Not sure how well they'd convert. I think they were built for a scaled down Freak.

    I have a set for the Freak.  But I did not know how to convert to Genesis 8 or how well they would render.

    Also try a store search for Viking and look at the clothing. You may also see something else you could use.

    If you own this product: https://www.daz3d.com/stephanie-3-and-freak-shapes-for-genesis

    You can autofit the item onto Genesis, and after that autofit to Genesis 8. Autofit works better on some outfits than others, so it is difficult to say how good it would look without trying it out.
