Pillow with morphs

Is there a pillow that has morphs for when a character is laying in a bed?

Maybe it's possible with dforce and this product? https://www.daz3d.com/ultimate-dforce-bed
Has someone tried it?

    I did and I was unsuccessful. The pillows if i recall are part of the mattress. You really want an individual pillow. I couldn’t find one that didn’t flatten entirely.

    This pillow will fluff under negative gravity as long as it is sitting on a surface or slightly lowered into it.

    A dFormer or two should do the job..
