  I'd look in SickleYield's store. She has a bunch of rigged water products for Iray. I don't recall any animated rains at Daz.

  I don't recall any animated rains either, but I could easily have missed it too. Though my first thought when you mentioned a car with raindrops on the window in the promo, was this product - https://www.daz3d.com/iray-glassworx  it's not animated and not even rain, but that's the only one I could think of at the top of my head.
