The scene hided durng the scene is moved

The scene disappears (hided) during the scene is moved. Instead, there are only the frames. What should I do to see the scene during the move? Attachment is a prtscr.

    In the Draw Settings pane you need the draw style during manipulation set to be the same as the viewport (Off I think is the label).
