  She's the vendor's own promo girl. Used in most of the products produced during this era. Based on V4, I think, but probably a proprietary dial spun character. Don't think she was ever offered for sale on her own. You'll see her in a lot of Goldtassel's promos.

  She is a custom character of the promo artist, unfortunantly she is not for sale or available anywhere.
