AVG "threat" message when placing order

Hi.

Just tried to checkout. But when I clicked the "Place Order" button to go to Paypal, AVG threw up a "threat secured" message (attached).

I'm just about to log off. But when I come back to my computer, will I need to report this?

I'll have to do a scan later, as I can't keep the computer running over night.
