Feather hair?

Hello! I've been looking around for feather hair for an alien species. Something sort of like the Yolande hair or the Calyphlox headdress but not quite. I need nice, even feathers that cover the top of the head and can raise and lower like a bird's would to express mood. It doesn't need to be too complex or detailed, doesn't even need to be rigged/morphable since I can likely do that myself. The headdress is closest to what I'd like and I'll probably go with that if no one knows of any other options. As a side note, I'm using Genesis 1 but I'm not too picky on the model it's designed for. Thanks!

I've seen that one, but it's not really what I'm going for. I've attached what I'm looking for drawn on (excuse the sloppiness, just wanted to do a basic concept).
