Photoshop - where do you install your purchased brushes etc?

I have PS installed on my C:/ drive which is a ssd drive but I don't want to install my purchased Brushes, Actions, Custom shapes, Patterns etc on that drive as it will fill up to fast. I want to put the presets folder on my E: drive where I install all my DAZ stuff to also. Can I just move the Presets folder from the C:/ drive PS directory to the E: drive and photoshop will still find it ?

I put all my downloaded brushes, actions etc in a folder on my D drive, and then when I am in photoshop (which is on C), I just browse for the brush set I want.
sorry, meant to include screenshot so you would see what i mean.
ok so I can just tell it where my presets are, and it won't be an issue. Most programs save them to the user/name/documents folder whichis where my Paintshop pro saves presets so I thought it strange that PS presets folder is inside the program files directory.
Yep, you can just "load" them from wherever. I do the same with the actions and patterns - just hit that little button/arrow and browse to whatever folder you have them in. I remember years ago, that if you had too many brushes in your brushes folder, photoshop could freeze or not open the brushes folder - no idea if it still happens now, but I started putting them all in other folders out of the main C drive years ago because of that.
If you are manually downloading a zip/rar file, just open it to a dummy folder and move them over to the folders you have created. Ron's brushes from here in the store, I always manually download, not DIM or smart content.
I have alot of Ron's brushes and download them in DIM but DIM does let me change the install path of them to where I want. Thanks for the info jakiblue
Not neccessarily true; you can have many folders, and I have about 20 that I install to. They are all within the Library Path so Studio can access them, but as Test Outside shows in the image, they can be elsewhere - being elsewhere will cause Studio issues, but for Brushes, that isn't a problem.
I put them in a directory called: Bruises.
@nicstt I see where you can make different Libraries to install to on the Installation tab in DIM but on the Application tab for program files is where I found I could set where I wanted my photoshop presets to install. I tried once to make those different libraries to install different types of assets to but then I would do a mass install and forget I had different places for People, props etc and I ended up reinstalling everythng to one Library
You can also put them in the Brushes folder that's in the Presets Folder in the Photoshop Aplication folder. That's the first place that the program will look for them. But like said above, you can navigate to load them from anywhere.
Only thing with that is PS is installed on my SSD drive which would fill up fast if I put all my presets there, that's why I need to put it on a differnt drive.
Yeh, re-installing everything does take time; first time I've done it since I started: I re-organised and reinstalled everythink a few months ago; took me a day to get it sorted, but much happier now. But like Jodel suggested, I've put them in brushes.
I have a folder called PS Brushes that I put them all in.
I am almost halfway through reinstalling everything, I am working my way through genesis to G8 products that are studio library only and iray, these types of products are fairly well organized, also only iray shaders and light sets, as I haven't used 3delight since Iray came out. Once I get that done I will move on to product that have been updated with iray as I will probably have to make categories for some of that and anything pre genesis will definitely need to be categorized. After that it will be utilities, scripts etc that I will actually use as I have acquired several that all do the same thing. Hopefully then I will be able to transfer older pregenesis characters up to at least G3 and convert my clothes to G8 with Riversoft arts scripts. All the while attempting to use all the products I have purchased ( well over 6000) to make the "art" which was my goal when starting out :)
Thanks to everyone who posted suggestions as to how and where they install their brushes for Photoshop,
