Victoria-20 coupon not working correctly

The coupon says get an extra $20 off Daz Originals with any Debut or Still new release in cart but it’s not taking the full amount off.  The Owen bundle is $47.23 without the coupon and and should be $$27.23 with it but it’s $30.27. I first tried yesterday’s PC Still New item, then one of today’s new items and neither bring it down to the correct amount. Can a mod please report this? I’m still waiting over 33 hours to get a response from CS for my last issue...

    I also had problems with the VICTORIA-20 coupon.  When I applied it, the Daz Oriignals got the correct $20 credit, but my "still new release" lost its discount.  Other related problems here.

    Wonderland   I can't duplicate your cart.  The coupons are working correctly for me.

    Can I suggest that you empty your cart.   clear your browser cache, maybe even delete your Daz cookie,  reboot your browser and start again.

    I had two Daz Originals in my cart, the VICTORIA-10 coupon took an $8 item to $0, but had no effect on the other item in the cart (remained at $5.99 both before and after the application of the coupon).  Personally I don't really care since it already made what I wanted dirt cheap and I went ahead and bought them, but just mentioning it so folks are aware that the coupon might not apply correctly across multiple items.

    Now it accept one of them .. but the other is still on 99% ...

    i couldnt get it to work either. cleared cart several times..etc .. maybe now it works?
