Strange white border around work space.

I did something now I have this strange white border around the workspace, I don't know how to get rid of it and a "Factory Reset" does not remove it.

    That's the Aspect Frame, showing the area that will actually render with your current settings. You can turn it on and off from the Viewport pane option menu - the lined button at top-right, or right-click the tab
