AD says 3 pose sets and 3 hair sets FREE -- but it isn't working

An ad states..buy Gia8 Pro Bundle and either a Still new or debut new release and get 3 pose sets free..then 3 haor sets free ... today only. 
The 3 hair sets are not coming free at all. 
I tried adding a second debut item and still not free, 

It does not say EITHER 3 free pose sets OR 3 free hair sets ....

    that does work, but it is not what the ad says now. i did see the other origianl ad.... but this says special today ... when you click, it brings you to the two I posted above. both say 3 free items

    It works with just one hair, I tried it. Second hair loses the Free status on both. However…

    That doesn't change the fact the adcopy on the PA Festival page does indeed state "Choose 3 for Free" as well as saying "Today Only." Daz really needs to honor their adcopy as written. It doesn't matter that on another page the adcopy is different. In fact, that makes the offer confusing, and that is a big no-no.

    Even if Daz goes in and changes the adcopy on the PA Festival promo page, they should honor the 3 Free for anyone who makes the purchase before the change and then contacts CS for a refund on the 3 hair items. (It will help to show a screenshot of the adcopy, like the one in the OP.)

    Well now the promo doesn't seem to be workig at all. I have a new release and still new release with one of the featured hairs.

    Which promo? The free hair (and three free poses) require Gia 8 Pro in the cart too.

    It's getting to where I'm thinking I need ot wait a day or two on getting these new Pro bundles because I keep missing out on stuff like this...

    ?? The promo for 3 pose sets and 1 hair set was available the first day Gia 8 went on sale.

    I'm surprised the offer is still good at all. they been stopping some of them pretty early

    While it's for a limited time, I believe it's still good. Are you finding it is not working?

    It isn't working. I have Gia 8 Pro in my cart with multiple new releases, but the poses and the hairs that are supposed to be free all come up at ~50% off instead of free. I tried adding a new release from the original Gia 8 promo (beauty with an edge) and today's Yiyi promo and neither works.

    Are you sure you have only one of the hairs and three of the poses?

    I only put one hair in the first time. That was the tousled hair for G3/G8. It comes up as 7.67 in my cart. Tried adding the hair and 3 pose packs, still same issue. Everything else in the cart was a new release, no non-new releases. So I just removed everything in the cart except Gia 8 Pro, Yiyi, Tousled Hair, and 3 pose packs from the offered free ones and the hair and poses still come up at about 1/2 off, not free.
