Platinum Club Membership cancelled even though I had checked recurring?

I had set my Platinum club accound to monthly recurring waiting on the annual member ship to go on sale again. Went to check my coupon today and i says that my membership was cancelled. And all it will let me do is sign up for an annual or quaterly membership. No monthly option. Any way we can get this fixed?

The only thing you can do is file a ticket with Customer Service, (Contact Us.)

There is no monthly option, just recurring annual ($70) or quarterly ($24).
Actually, there is if you are a curent Platinum club member and it is about to expire.
I just looked and there is a monthly option in the drop-down on the Platinum Club page for active members, but as Billy's membership didn't renew, he doesn't have access to the drop-down. Hopefully CS can get this figured out and get Billy back on track.

Monthly renewal is $7.95 a month.
Found the issue, it was a problem with my card. Not DAZ's fault.
Still, is it possible for Daz to reinstate you with the monthly renewal? I'm sure there will be a sale on the annual/quarterly membership soon, with the anniversary sale next month. Worth a try, if you haven't already.
