    My balance history is now just as it should be with the new store credit added. After I explained that it wasn't reaching my account, I had an email asking me to try one of the codes again, which came in around the time I tried it again anyway. You have no idea how many times I tried those two codes today, lol.

    I put the amount at $2000.00 because I was not sure this was a real amount or virtual.  This is so confusing.  I added all information but there is no gift card added to my cart.  I also lost the notification link for today.  Again, I have not received this code in my email, it was at the top of my browser, it is no longer there?

    $2000 means you will pay $1500 (25% off)

    Well, whatever I did it did not appear in my shopping cart.  So obviously I did something wrong, and I am not planning on paying $2,000 for a gift card, sure hope they don't charge me.

    I am getting tired of this, for 12% off, all this does not even seem worth it.  I will go to my cart and just pay for what I have in there, like I said, I did not receive this in an email and I also don't have a gift card in my account as of yet.  And now I hope I don't get one cause I can't afford a $2000.00 gift card whether real or virtual.

    Did you write $ sign in the amount or only numbers ?

    I went back and added a $ sign.  Nothing happened, except there was a message on top that said information was to short.

    So weird.  I would assume I am purchasing a gift card for $200.00 but nothing in my cart.  I totally give up.

    I just tried again, I now see it in my cart.  I did not add the $ sign and it worked.  They are very not clear when it comes to this.  Thank you I know understand how to do this.

    Did you fill in these fields on the Gift Card product page and click on "Add to Cart"? If you leave any required field blank (the ones with an asterisk), you can't add it to your cart. If it works, you should be immediately taken to your shopping cart and the gift card should be there.

    Well what worked for me was not putting in the $ sign, odd but that is how it works. Good to know. And thank you for the assistance.

    I am having the same problem, and my balance has already decreased from my paypal account (it was 24 dollars), and when I check my credit history I get $ 0.00
    I do not know what to do.

    I received the 2 emails. In the second comes the code.

    Always wait at least 20 minutes for the code to work?
