Gift Card... not found !

Hi,

There is an error in the link in the "Thank you" message, https://www.daz3d.com/gift-card/gift-card is wrong.

https://www.daz3d.com/gift-card is the correct address.

  • Amount - the number of dollars you want to buy (which will then be discounted if you have and use the code)

    Sender name/email - these will be on the email, if you are just doing it for yourself they don't have any functional significance

    Recipient name, name of the person who is to receive the card - it doesn't have any functional significance

    Recipient email - this is the address the card will be sent to, so it is vitally important that it is correct. However, the code can be used with any account.

    I’ve submitted a ticket. My gift card wouldn’t redeem all. Logged out, logged in, still no joy. I got the usual two emails and I’ve never had a problem with the second one not redeeming before this.

    Be sure to enter the code in the Coupon Code area at checkout, not the gift card code area. 

    I’m reluctant to checkout now though if the redeem emails are broken.

    Also, check your balance to make sure that you haven't already redeemed it. :)

    Checked several times @Ati and it hasn't redeemed. My current balance is zero. I'm now waiting on office opening hours at Daz frown  

  • Woof! I'm going to have to check under the cushions for spare change.  I have a $200 store balance, but I've never seen a discount like this one and the PC sale is on deck.

    I did not get the Gift card offer in the email, I get a notification on the top of my browser bar when logged into the sight. All browser show this notification and it brings up the code to enter, but it still does not work.

    So you have a Gift Card in your basket, you enter the code in the Coupon field at top right, and click the Apply button next to it?

    I don’t have the gift card in my basket, I have a code and place the code at check out in the gift card area.

    I don't understand, did you add a Gift Card in your shopping cart and apply the Coupon Code before Proceed to checkout ?

    Like Richard was asking, do you have a gift card in your basket to purchase? You need to have one in your cart and then add the gift card discount code and then pay for it.

    Let’s see if I can explain, when I go to the Daz store, at the top of my browser there is menu line that is not there all the time, but it says We have a gift for you. When I click the notification a pop up comes up and says blah blah thank you, here is a 12%gift code you can apply Today to your purchase. I go to my cart at check out, add the code that they gave me hit apply and get the statement wrong code entered. This has happened before. Most times it does not work, but I think once it worked at checkout,

    The code is for purchasing a Gift Card found here. You can make it whatever denomination you want between $1 and $2000. Fill out the info on that page and then add it to your basket (step one), Then apply the sode you see from the purple banner (step 2). Then go ahead and make your purchase (step 3). You will shortly receive an email with your Gift Card redemption code.

    I do not have a gift card in my cart, I have tried to add one but can’t seem to add it. I haven’t a clue on how to add one

    The discount is the gift, not an actual gift card. You must purchase a gift card by adding one to your cart by clicking the link to Gift Card on the popup message (in this case). Fill out the appropriate fields, add to cart and proceed to checkout. There you will enter the coupon code into the box in the upper right corner. After you click Apply, the total will show the discounted price.

    Well, I'm getting a little frustrated. Customer Service have come back and told me the Gift Card has been redeemed to my store credit. But looking at my store credit it's still saying 0.00 and there has definately been no credit added. It may have been redeemed in one part of the accounting system but it hasn't been transfered so that I can use it.

    I've asked if they can take a look at it again, but I suspect that by the time this is done today's offers will have passed and I'll have missed the opportunity to get one of the deals.

    How frustrating. Is it possible you have a second account at Daz, linked to the email you entered?

    I've only ever had the one account @Redz and I've never had this sort of problem before. I can't understand it because although I usually get two redemption emails I've always been able to redeem one of them.

    Ahhhh!!!! I've just tried again and it's worked! Right this minute. Somebody must have switched something at Daz for me. Thank you!!!

    I tried to add a gift card to my account, however, after I do what you suggests no card shows up in my cart.  My balance is $0.00
