Old Daz3D download?
I found some old .daz files from 2012 that I made to illustrate a fall accident, it contained a custom made avatar and a simplified rig, I am now Intrested to be able to use that file again to export the animation and the avatar. When I try to load it in the new Daz Studio I get an error saying that the file I am opening can't be found, then it load a empty scene exept for some bounding boxes. So is it still possible to download older bersion of Daz3D or is there a way to convert older files?

The .daz file is only half of the figure. The actual mesh/morph data for any objects in your scene is stored in the /data/ folder. Are you still using the same content location, or do you still have the hard drive where your 2012 content folder was stored? Without the files in the /data/ folder, especially for customised figures and props, the .daz file on its own is useless.
the daz file is just pointers...
what would be nice is an option to gather all items together into a file.

yes, it would be big but you can get 2tb for $100 now...

I do a lot of files with original material it would be nice to know I have a complete copy of those items
