a fatal error opens --- 410 doesn,t open  ---- 98% downloads when figure is applied ---- can,t work figures at all ---program destroys every thing ----

    We need a lot more information to be able to help:

    What are you system specifications and operating system?

    what does "98% downloads when figure applied" mean? Is this about isntalling content, or loading installed content, or something else?

    what fatal error is this - does it give any more information than that?
