Sorry if this is in the wrong spot, but can anyone tell me which outfit this is, and where I can get it?
Before anyone replies "Dirty Pair," I'm aware of the reference, that's why I want it.

Looks like it is Unity for Genesis 3 Females by lilflame over at Rendo.
Unity by Lilflame at rendo.
Brilliant, thanks!
Well I was going to post the answer, but seems I am too slow, LOL.
I was still searching Out Of Touches catalogs. I knew I had seen it but cold not remember the artist.
I didn't remember the outfit but it has a Lilflame look to it.
Funny thing is, I have an old V4 outfit that i autofit all the time that is almost identical to this one. I was comparing it to the image when I realized I had seen the other one in liliflames store, DOH!
Organizing my stuff I found two freebies that are very similar. It must be from some anime.
The anime you're looking for is the original Dirty Pair.
I went, I saw, I grabbed while the grabbing was good.
Now, I need to make some proper Troubleshooter textures for it while I hunt for the right boots to go with it. Depending on the generation (and the artist), the boots are the part that very the most. Most of them have a low-heel boot that flips over at the top, or in some cases, one of them (Usually Kei) has a boot that hugs the shin and calf.
Don't mind me, though Kei, Yuri, Deunan, Hitomi, Nene, Priss, Sylia and Linna were my intro (read: Gateway Drug) into Anime proper. Lisa, Dana and Nova were a lot earlier on, but I wasn't them old enough for it to take hold.
Bonus points if someone can tell me what manga/anime those ladies appeared in.
Here's a hint: There's more than one.
Dirty Pair (x2), Appleseed, InuYasha (?), Bubblegum Crisis (x4). Don't know the last three.
Almost there. Hitomi was Deunan's Bioroid friend (and initial host when she and Briareos arrived in Olympus) from Appleseed. Lisa was from Macross, Dana (Sterling in the Macek translation) from Southern Cross, and the Nova I'm thinking of was from Space Battleship Yamato. I saw Genesis Climber Mospaeda much later in life
. I couldn't get into InuYasha (or Naruto), but I did have fun with Ranma.
That you managed to get that many is a pleasant surprise, though. I admit that the last three were common name. The last one you don't see often.
I bow to your knowledge of ancient anime and/or Google-fu.
I love Dirty Pair (although mainly familiar with the Adam Warren comics), and Appleseed is my favorite Masamune manga (which is why I'm embarrased I forgot about Hitomi). I'm also a fan of Robotech, but yeah Lisa and Dana are common names, so they threw me off. I never really got into Space Battleship Yamato, and never saw Genesis Climber Mospaeda.
I left out a reference to GCM for the reason I stated. I didn't see it until I was in my 30s. The others I saw between 6 and 16. ;) 16 is when I first caust BGC, Diirty Pair, and Appleseed, all of which had a profound effect on my writing. I took elements from all three, and a bunch of other assorted stuff, and built out an entire world, complete with timeline going back (from present) nearly a million years. The 1500 still to come years are strangely detailed as well.
Actually, there's one more influence, and that was Gall Force. It partially informed a lot of the backstory.
