I saw Brute, purchased him with a number of items quickly because I was at work and was eager to get the new figure.
After lunch, I saw there was an additional $90 of content I missed out on.
I sent a ticket, there response was essentially "No, it would not be fair to the artists who work on a commision basis."
How is me taking advantage of the offer YOU are making ME taking advantage of the artists?
I am supremely aggravted and as someone who has spent literally thousands at theiur store, I feel betrayed.
Daz.... please fix this. Give me a full refund today and let me buy it again and take full ADVANTAGE OF THE SALE YOU ARE OFFERING.

Just rebuy it with all the extras and return your previous order.

Easily. Go back and buy it. It will be hidden but show all and put it all in your new cart. Submit a ticket for a refund of the previous order. Customer service prefers this to figuring out partial refunds and correcting order mistakes.
That could be a problem this time around. I had an error where I used an item that was part of a bundle I already owned as one of the free items (For some reason it didn't show up as purchased). So I tried to redo the order but DAZ evidently made the $30 off items in the catagories as a one time offer. So, when I tried to repurchase my order I no longer got the $30 off in my cart. Fortunately it was only $3 for the duplicate item
Did you explain, a nice friendly explicit explanation, so that they could understand exactly what you were getting at. CS do have to deal with a lot of tickets during a big sale.
I’d try it. Since he did not use the offer previously it may work.

But all the items in the three $30.00 off lists are DAZ Originals so the artists are already paid???
My letter:
"I jumped the gun and forgot to include any of the $90 of free content to my order. Can I redo and get the deal, please?"
Their Response:
"Hello,
I apologize for the inconvenience, but unfortunately, the free items must be in your cart at checkout to receive them. If they are no longer free today, I cannot add them to your product library, it is unfair to our artists who are paid based off of commission.
Thank you for your understanding in this issue."
How does me paying nothing for them before or after affect their commission from my perspective as an upset customer?

I think they are misunderstanding the situation and think you are referring to an older sale.
It does sound like they gave you a bit of a canned response.

This is a sale going on TODAY! Why didn't she just suggest the refund swap?
Which was why I suggested that you try to reach out to them, expalining exactly what happened and possible even show then a screen shot of a cart as it is with the offer as against your receipt for what you did buy.
Nothing can be done in the forum, it is all up to CS and the ticket system, and you can reopen a ticket.
Actually they have a "Missed Freebies" option in the Sales Ticket Tracker box, so it seems to be a common issue (they've also fixed it for me at least once).
I returned it but now when I go back the $30 off doesn't seem to work for the combat pose stuff. Just on the other two sets. Weird.
Did you have anything from the combat poses catagory in the earlier order that you returned?

I suspect so. The $30 rebate in a catagory seems to be one use only. I tried to rebuild an order I made earlier and I no longer could get the $30 rebates.
