Pixelated renders
I've tried rendering this scene a few different ways now and it still ends up like this. My hardware is a gtx 1070 ti, and im not using the cpu; my rendering settings are, 1920 x 1080p, architectural sampler and caustic sampler turned on, note that ive tried rendering with these turned off and i still have the same result. 98 rendering coverage, 5 render quality, 10000 max time, 14000 max samples. The image is also after around 2 hours and a half of rendering.

Your scene is pretty dark. Try adding more light (e.g. higher lumen values), then using Tone Mapping to get back to the exposure level you want (darker I presume).
Is this an interior? How are you lighting it?
You don't have any caustic effect in the render so that should stay turned off and also architectural sampler can hammer your gpu and make it worse than without it. I would suggest using ,if you have windows in interior, iray dome light + ghost lights placed in front of windows.
A spotlight is place directly above the main character and is set to 200%, there is also 3 linear light points maxed out above her. And this is an interior scene, with a glass wall to the right of the camera.
Intensity isn't the correct setting to use for iray, use Luminance instead. Linear Pointlights in Iray are just pointlights - they fall off as inverse square of distance because that's what real lights do. As suggested by VEGA, adding some ghostlights to fill in the darker areas and adjsuting the tone mapping in DS or an image editor to get the look you want is probably the ebst approach.
