The clear shopping cart button doesn't seem to work anymore

I noticed recently that the <Clear shopping cart> button doesn't seem to work anymore. Am I the only one who have this problem ?

    Works OK for me (PC, Windows 8, IE11).

    I tried to use it on my iPhone. I didn't try on my computer. But all the other buttons work fine on my iPhone.

    The site seems to be very picky about loading the page completely, sometimes buttons and so on won't work. I have to hard refresh on my browser. It's not often, but sometimes.

    I don't think this is the problem because the "Check out" button is working. Anyway, I've made a hard refresh on my phone and the "Clear shopping cart" button still doesn't work. That may seem unimportant but believe me if I say that there are circomstances when this is very annoying.
