    I've always (well just once there was a problem) had the email with the GC code in it within about 5 minutes of completing the purchase.

    Check your order to make sure you put your email address in correctly (I wish it would default to your Daz3D sign-on email, but it doesn't).

    you should get an instant notification.   It is not as though it is a physical gift card.

    have you checked your spam folder     Customer Service is normally a Mon-Fri service

    Also check your bank that payment actually went through.

    The last few years, I have had to contact Customer Service for every gift card I have purchased (usually 2-3 per year), even if I waited as long as a week. The messages did not go to my Spam folder.  Before that, I would automatically get the code number the same day. 

    I explained the issue to Customer Service and asked if I was doing something wrong, but they did not indicate any problem.  Customer service has always been very helpful in getting the card # - once I filled out a ticket, I typically got the card # within a few hours.  I always check the email address I enter to make sure I entered it correctly.

    Monday morning and still no gift card code, guess I will have to submit a ticket this time too.

    Anyone else seeing delays in gift cards?
