  I'm pretty sure the wings are these Fantastical Sprite Wings, sorry, don't recognise anything else.

  Yes those are the wings, but I am confused about the dress.

  I'm guessing here, but could the shirt be from the Fantasy Adventure Outfit using the option to turn the straps off?

  This looks pre-Iray, I would assume V4 or G2. I cant put a finger on it but thats a Poser Dress from the looks of it. I would browse V4, Genesis, and Genesis 2 fairy outfits.
