  Select the figure. Double click the icon for the elements. Typically found in the Anatomy folder of the given figure, e.g. Genesis 3 female.

  Don't forget to apply the material for the anatomical bits after it's been loaded into your scene. Note that some characters have a full-body material setting that includes the bits, some have a separate setting. And not all Genesis 8 characters include this setting, although the majority do.

  If no Gens texture is supplied, you can copy the torso texture and paste it to the Gens.  You will have to change the UV in the Gens texture which is easy enough.

  Only with female, not with male textures -- the OP asked about G8M -- and only if you have something that supplies the Torso UV for the female gens.

  The short answer for the original poster is that there isn't any specific PDF, but the instructions you've been given in this thread should generally work.
